+ ORDERING
• Using the drop down menu on the upper right side of the page please choose your “Device” (phone model) and the “Finish” (glossy/matte) of the case that you would like. Keep scrolling down until you see your phone model. After choosing your device and the finish, the first image you will see is the artwork that has been selected (the one that will be on your case). The following images are alternate view of the case but with sample artwork.

+ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET YOUR CASE?
Your case is a custom item, please give 2-4 business days for production.

+ SHIPPING
INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped via Hong Kong Post e-Express. Estimated shipping time is 8 – 14 business days. Due to customs delays, international orders may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

+ RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your item please contact us immediately and we will provide you with detailed instructions how to send the item back. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds, exchanges or replacements must be made within 14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will gladly refund your funds upon receipt of item.
